Everyday Makeup Routine!

Hello, hello!

Firstly, I'd like to say that today I have decided to create another post and start using my blog more often! Yay! So, sorry for the lack of posts over the last month or two.

This post, as you may be able to see from the title, is my Everyday Makeup Routine! My everyday makeup is very natural and very basic, as you may be able to tell from my list of products and steps that I have listed down below. So, without further adue, enjoy reading and learning how I do my simple, easy makeup!

Step 1: Apply moisturiser to your face! Moisturiser is a definite must have before applying your makeup as it will help to smooth your skin and is just a great base for foundation. I use Nivea Light Moisturising Day Cream.

Step 2: Apply BB cream. I only recently discovered BB cream and have since fallen in love with it! It provides an adequate coverage for an everyday, natural look and I really recommend you trying it out! I use Rimmel BB Cream 9-in-1 in the shade 'Light', but any BB cream will do :)

Step 3: Apply a creme powder foundation. I then apply a light coverage of my Revlon Photoready Compact Makeup which appears creamy but dries as a very light, barely noticeable powder. This product is great for setting your makeup and finishing off your face!

Step 4: Apply eyeliner: I apply a small amount of eyeliner to my top lid on the outer half of each eye. I find that this makes me eyes more defined and my eyelashes longer! I use Maybelline Line Express Pencil in the colour Brownish-Black. Because I have brown eyes, I like to use a brown eye liner to blend in with my eye colour and slightly lighter than black eyelashes!

Step 5: Apply mascara: To finish off my look (see, it is very basic!) I apply my mascara! I tend to apply more mascara to my top lid on the outer half of the eye, then apply a slightly lesser amount as I go towards my inner corner, again to make my eyes look bigger and my eyelashes look long and thick! I use Maybelline Lash Stiletto Voluptuous in the colour Brownish-Black.

And that is it! I hope you have enjoyed this post and as I said, the makeup look is very basic! It would be good for school makeup or just around the house, I even wear this out shopping quite often too!

Please leave your feedback, as I would love to read it!!

Happy Beautifying!
